Our Dream

We have been dreaming of moving to our small farm for years! We long for a different lifestyle, a more rewarding lifestyle, a deeper connection to our food. It is no easy task to move a family of 8 to a farm, but after many discussions finally everyone is on board. Currently, we live approximately 20 miles from the farm and visit 1-2 times per week which works out well for growing pine trees and hay, but we have ambitions of doing so much more. We have started building a 30' X 100' Greenhouse and plan to break ground on our farm house before year end.
How we built our first Greenhouse
Day 2 & 3. Removed black UV treated tarp. I can't believe how well it worked! With just a few passes of the harrow and rototiller we were able to get the soil to a nice loose consistency.
